Working with limited supervision by, and in coordination with other technicians, engineers, and managers, the individual will perform the following tasks, listed in order of priority and volume:

Following written and verbal direction assemble and test a wide variety of instrumentation for installation in cryomodule particle accelerator devices and document the work. Instrumentation assemblies include Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs), fluxgate magnetometers, accelerometers, cryogenic heaters, liquid helium level probes, magnet voltage taps, magnet power leads, piezo actuators, and stepper motors.
Following oral instruction and written procedures, prepare custom-made subassemblies under strict QC standards and guidelines and install these subassemblies in the cryomodules and document the work.
Following oral instruction and written procedures, deploy custom and commercial electronic instrumentation in accordance with electromechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Fabricate, assemble and test interconnections, and document this work.
Following drawings and written procedures, utilize diagnostic equipment to perform electrical checkouts of test and instrumentation systems, probes, and sensors used for monitoring and measurements. Review and analyze checkout data, make modifications or repairs as needed, and document this work.
With engineering oversight, develop new or modify existing electrical schematics, drawings, and procedures on an as-needed basis

Specific Position Requirements :

Looking for a General Clerk III/Warehouse Ops Associate to work from 9:30am-6pm.
This person must have an Administrative background, preferably in a warehouse or shipping office type of environment because understanding the export process would be beneficial.
The manager does NOT want to see individuals who have all floor/warehouse/forklift/etc. experience this person needs to have truly worked in an administrative role.
Will be working in Excel occasionally, but majority of the work will be done in the client mainframe/menu driven systems, DNS (Dealer Network System) and WCS.
Experience with inventory systems/tools would be extremely beneficial in this role, as this person will be troubleshooting through inventory issues.
This person will be case coding export orders and processing inbound/vendor paperwork.
Attention to detail, timeliness and excellent attendance are key as this position is imperative in keeping the operation running.
Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize work and have excellent organizational skills.
A minimum of a High School diploma/equivalent with 2-3 years of solid work experience in an administrative role is required, but manager prefers this individual have the experience in a similar role.
