Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director Wound Healing Centers, the Medical Office Coordinator II coordinates the administrative and fiscal functions for the Wound Healing Centers.

Qualifications

FTE 1.0 Full Time Day. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with occassional early evenings

3+ years medical office experience required; office management experience preferred. Background in business preferred.

High School Graduate or equivalent with secretarial and computer training. Training in medical terminology preferred. Training in coding and billing preferred.

Valid drivers license.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office. Current auto insurance with proof of coverage required. Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington Jefferson Healths auto insurance policy. Any and all major violations incurred must be immediately reported to the manager, department head, or Human Resources department.
