Location: Portage, MI Salary: $19/hr Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Associate for a 12 month contract. Description/Comment: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to join the Healthcare Systems division as a Project Associate on our Customer Data Governance team. The primary focus of this role is to participate in the standardization and cleansing of customer data across multiple ERP systems and other sources. Successful candidates will present with an acute ability to quickly learn data standards and processes and be able to think critically as they apply their knowledge to new and unique scenarios. What you will do: Serve as a key process and system resource for aligning cross divisional Customer Master Data sets together and to third-party resources. Analyze and resolve complex customer matching issues of a broad scope using independent judgment. Collaborate with divisional functional teams, both locally and globally, to ensure projects successfully meet short- and long-term goals and needs. Observe, manage, and correct customer divisional master data inconsistencies within multiple ERP systems (e.g. in the numbers, printed word, report appearance, etc.). Research and offer resolutions to processing issues that demonstrate competence in system navigation and processes in order to assist in testing new processes. What you need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or related discipline. 1-3 years master data/ERP experience preferred. Other Essential Skills: Ability to work independently or as part of a team Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to apply logical decision-making process to various tasks Ability to learn quickly while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to review printed and handwritten materials Must be able to operate common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, telephone, etc.) Must be able to organize with the ability to prioritize work and keep accurate and detailed records Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to use independent judgment effectively Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
