Excellent organizational skills related to project management and record keeping.Knowledge of OSHA regulationsBasic knowledge of water treatment methods, water chemistry and tests, federal, state and local drinking water regulations and company standards, and water collection systems.Valid Driver's LicenseBasic Mechanical SkillsProficient computer skillsGood mechanical skillsGood communication skills both written and oralAbility to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projectsEnsure staff maintain appropriate licensingEnsure appropriate cross training of personnelProvide input for and administering the capital budget and O&M budgetWhat will you be doing? This position maintains water production and quality for public consumption. Ensures pumping combinations are conducted in the most economical manner. Regulates system pressure, monitors booster stations and storage facilities, and observes treatment conditions. This position will assist and support the planning and overseeing of the overall operation including source of supply, treatment plants, pump stations, storage tanks, electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation and associated infrastructureWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
