Job Description :
Delivers business consulting projects involving business improvements by managing a project module under the direction of Business Consulting leadership. Identify risks and roadblocks and propose risk mitigation plans to dynamically find solutions to unexpected situations throughout the project. Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing and positioning the findings within the larger project context. Deliver business insights and accurate research for client projects and proposals. Provide root cause analysis and recommendation on business priorities and areas of opportunity. Facilitate and lead discussions within project teams. Stays abreast on industry leading telecom topics, trends and functional best practices to support the development of intellectual capital and educating stakeholders and team members on these topics.
Sprint's Business Transformation and Analytics teams is doing things differently and taking bold steps to transform our business. We are looking for high-performing, experienced management consultants to join our Internal Consulting capability. Alongside our other capabilities including Transformation Management, Cognitive Computing, Intelligent Automation, and Analytics Operations, our cross-functional team is driving Sprint to leverage innovation, problem solving, advanced analytics, AI, and automation to transform the business.
This position is located out of our headquarters in Overland Park, KS.
? Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
? Three years strategic planning experience
? Three years experience in cost analysis, product profitability, and financial model development
? MBA from a leading global business school
? Three years' experience within a top tier management consultancy firm
? Knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Digital (TMD) industry
