Overview

The Associate Solution Engineer role is an opportunity to join and grow into an exciting and rewarding career. We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, ambitious and a self-starter. Tasks may vary day-to-day but will primary focus on learning the RealPage suite of products as well as the Real Estate industry. In addition to supporting, the sales team with any presales tasks, such as strategy, client presentations and follow up.

Responsibilities

Assisting with application tasks within the Solution Engineering team while learning the industry and RealPage suite of products.
Maintaining demo data and partner with solution engineers on presentation requests.
Provide presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Create new presentation content using the latest tools.
Provide sales & training consultation for Sales Representatives, Product teams, and Solution Engineers.
Help uncover potential clients business challenges to aid in the sales process.
Work with the sales enablement team on special projects including RFPs, Proposals and presentation scripts
Update operational reports as requested for sales management.

Qualifications


Property management and/or software sales experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel; strong general computer skills
Experience with SalesForce preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including corporate writing skills
Must be able to handle multiple tasks within desired periods
Must be able to create and enhance a system to adapt to the changing environment
Strong customer service skills; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, but know when to escalate
Adapting to the ever-changing scope of department, division and company
Interact successfully with other administrative staff
Take ownership of work and department
Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization
Maintain a professional appearance and professional demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
