If you enjoy value selling in a quota-driven environment, consulting with executives, and building long-term relationships with existing accounts (but hate to cold call!), this could be the perfect position for you.

Our Account Executives spend the majority of each week leading in-person meetings with our existing clients. You consult with C-level decision makers on human capital related initiatives, providing custom business insights and analytics to the client while discovering additional areas of opportunity where Paycom can add value with our single-application software product suite.

  • Meet face-to-face with your clients, adding value through a consultative, strategic sales process
  • Upsell additional solutions to Existing Clients no need for cold calling in this position!
  • Ensure customer success and client retention through building long-term business relationships
  • Consult with clients on product usage, ensuring maximum return on their investment
  • Utilize your technical capabilities, training clients on our software products and new updates
  • Collaborate with your team both locally and nationally on case studies, client scenarios, and more
  • Manage complex sales cycle from start to finish in addition to ongoing client relationship

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required with a 2.8 GPA or higher from an accredited university
  • 1+ years of experience, preferably with client-facing sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of success through promotions, awards and rankings
