Job Summary

To assist in the selling, clientele, and operational functionsvital to a Personal Shopper

Job Duties

  • Assist the Personal Shopper during the sellingappointment Build an appropriate relationship with the Personal Shopper'sclients
  • Ring all transactions at POS
  • Enter and maintain accurate clienteleinformation
  • Follow up on all alterations, sends, andcoordinate all transactions
  • Maintain appointment calendar
  • Pull merchandise for appointments
  • Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned tostock
  • Ensure cleanliness of fitting rooms usinghousekeeping and maintenance services when necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer and systems proficiency
  • Fashion sensibility
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
