The Network and Systems Analyst assists the Hospital Director of Information Systems in order to effectively achieve the department's established goals.
Responsibilities include demonstration of effective written and verbal communication, and ability to follow established departmental policies and/or procedures as well as good organizational skills.
The individual maintains an environment conducive to performance improvement efforts and is responsive to organizational change.
The individual is responsible for assisting the Director in the overall performance improvement program, preventative maintenance, and physical resource control programs.
The individual is also responsible for any and all assignments given by their supervisor.
Shift hours are 9:30 am - 6 pm Monday-Friday.
Working knowledge of:
Windows OS's, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, local Area Networks, Cabling and Telephone Systems
Understands the importance of information and network security
Achieve smooth operation of all computer, printer, facsimile, and telephony related hardware
Troubleshoot and remedy common PC errors
Effectively utilize the current standard PC operating system and assist end users with basic use of the operating system
Install and configure new software as needed by the user
Install common PC hardware and troubleshoot device conflicts
Handle multiple priorities and triage incidents appropriately
