Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to help coordinate multi-team technology initiatives. This role will actively collect and curate requirements for back-end capability teams (e.g. Data Engineering and Data Science) . The TPM will also radiate status to stakeholders on a regular cadence. This role helps manage our sizable AWS spend.
Duties and Responsibilities Organize cross team planning sessions Help develop and document cross team project plans. Track status and surface dependency milestones and issues during implementation Ensure groomed backlogs, complete stories, and appropriate tasks exists for capability team Produce periodic assessments of project status for business and executive consumption Track budget progress to AWS forecast Remove any impediments that may interrupt or disrupt the development teams efforts

Your Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience with data and technology teams Ability to fully understand Jornaya business domain Sufficient technical aptitude to fully understand data engineering and data science projects Demonstrable ability to coordinate large and complex software development initiatives Attention to detail - does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project Speaks and writes clearly and concisely Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and ask for guidance where needed.
