Wholesale Payments Middle Office Transformation is a programreporting to Wholesale Payments and the Commercial Bank. The teams newlyappointed mandate is to design, develop and execute a multi-year programtransforming the Implementation (On-Boarding) and Service experience forclients which will allow us to move from reactive to a proactive, competitiveand best-in-class experience. The team is tasked with designing the optimalOperating Model ranging from simple to complex clients and their needs whilealso delivering a fully digitized experience from on-boarding through ongoingset up, maintenance, and service. We will deliver innovative capabilities toclients to allow them to self-service on their terms and streamlineinteractions with the bank and empower employees to focus on more value-addactivities by reducing the time it takes to service our clients and fulfillrequests. The innovative capabilities we are creating will be made availableacross our two client-facing channels (Data Once, JPM Access and Chase Connect)and our new employee portal (Navigator).

About the role:

The candidate joining our group will be expected to lead this high-impactstrategic initiative with senior leadership visibility and effectively partnerwith a diverse set of global stakeholders across multiple lines of business. Thisindividual will be tasked with setting the program direction by drivingconsensus on multi-year transformation roadmaps and integrating input frombusiness leaders, executive sponsors, and execution teams and facilitating theend to end program management across Operating Model, Governance, andTechnology workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Establish the Wholesale Middle Office Governance platform, developand syndicate progress through KPIs to demonstrate the programs effectivenessand create transparency with other Transformation efforts to ensure cohesion.

Facilitate end to end program management including the developmentof the business rationale, key requirements, and path to implementationsupporting the evolution and integration of Wholesale Middle Office operatingmodel, Document Management and Technology, Adoption & Readiness,International Execution and Technology & Capabilities

Identify key transformation deliverables and independently managespecific workstreams

Manage key business, technology, and senior stakeholders, andcoordinate with functional teams, channels teams, and program office to ensurethe successful achievement of the programs strategic vision and goals

Develop and syndicate executive reporting and meeting materials relativeto the Programs progress

Manage internal deadlines by working with the appropriate teams toensure program delivery remains on track

Skills Required:

BA/BS degree with minimum of 10+ years of experience, includingexperience in product management or user experience at a financial services,technology, or fintech firm

Self-starter with strong time management skills able to thrive ina fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that isresults-driven

Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative anddifferentiated solutions

Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to establishtrust and credibility across lines of business and functions and influence keystakeholders

Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills,including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audienceand business needs to a technical audience

Passion for driving toward an excellent client experience;UI/UX/design experience a significant plus

Ability to attract, develop and retain top-talent; open to givingand receiving feedback

Good understanding of lean/agile product development lifecycle

Knowledge of treasury services, wholesale payments,corporate/commercial banking and client service/implementations functions andplatforms a significant plus

Superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment whererisk/control issues are escalated and creative solutions are identified

Flexibility for occasional travel, including some internationaltrips
