As the VP, OCompanyome Solutions, you will own and run the oCompanyome-based business practice for Company. You will build and run a national business and team, set the strategy and goals for this group, develop processes and rigor around delivering oCompanyome-based deals, develop relevant attribution Organizationels, set up marketplace partnerships, train and mold traders to run effective programs, interface with marketing and business development and manage a P&L. You will interact directly with the Company executive suite as well as the account leads within Company and some of the Company agencies to implement strategy across a wide variety of clients and industries that will achieve measurable growth targets for Company. This role requires a deep understanding of delivering OCompanyome Solutions-based campaigns, Pacing and Optimization methodologies and realistic ROAS, Incrementality and CPA Organizationels. The VP will be tasked with development and achievement of revenue targets for our clients. The ideal individual should have a background as a Media Delivery Specialist, a Campaign Manager or a Trader. They should also have management and operational experience from an OCompanyome Solutions-based business. This individual must be highly motivated with the ability to work across a matrixed organization in a startup environment both within and outside of Company to bring OCompanyome Solutions media strategies and solutions to market. They must also be able to articulate and educate the value behind these solutions, where they can find efficiencies, and why they will lead to better oCompanyomes. Primary Responsibilities Optimize and refine oCompanyome-based strategies Partner closely with product, finance and business teams to set strategy and Organizationel acquisition campaigns that will exceed annual revenue and margin goals Develop and drive strategies for a variety of clients that balance investing in high OCompanyome Solutions, emerging channels and partnership tactics that will meet or exceed client ROAS and revenue targets Identify unique audience data sets by industry and client and refine them based on oCompanyome metrics Deliver actionable insights and market research to team leads that will help them exceed OCompanyome Solutions goals Test and learn success metrics on emerging channels and new technology to ensure that we are always staying ahead of the game Evolve an oCompanyome-based team and partner with internal teams to drive strategic goals including acquisition, engagement, monetization and retention Be the internal subject matter expert and thought leader for OCompanyome Solutions programs and how that will drive growth for our clients Experience / Education 10+ years of experience working in digital marketing, with heavy emphasis in Media Delivery, Campaign Management or Trading Experience working for an OCompanyome Solutions business Background in Operations and developing processes Experience building and managing a team In-depth understanding of the digital advertising, programmatic and addressable landscapes through a media planning lens Knowledge of tech platforms, SSPs and data marketplace Deep understanding of programmatic landscape including key players, vendors, technologies, and operational processes Heavy working experience with consumer data, audience segmentation and analytics Proven ability to collaborate with a team of digital professionals and team leads from other departments Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively convey technical concepts to those in non-technical roles Comfortable in client facing meetings and situations Ability to interface with Senior Leadership Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Strong grasp of Excel, PowerPoint and media math Knowledge of SQL is a plus Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
