Qualifications: Licensed Architect (Florida Preferred) Fluent in Spanish and English Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Master’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or Architecture a plus. 20+ years of Hospitality or Mixed-Use design related experience 10+ years of leadership 10+ years focused in LATAM or Caribbean markets Strong Leadership and Design skills Demonstrated business development and client management skills, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality sectors Recognized Design Leader with the ability to mentor staff identified as future leaders Recognized Thought Leader Strong Speaking, Writing and Presentation skills Ability to Travel, including extended trips overseas as necessary
Responsibilities: Maintain relationships in Caribbean and Latin America to obtain and collect new and existing contracts Secure new work Mentor Staff Manage client relationships Work with other Studio Leaders as part of the management team of the brand Write Proposals and Set Fees for new work Manage projects in the studio to profitability Work with leaders in the larger firm on key initiatives
Compensation Annual Salary, range $125,000+ (depends on experience. portfolio, and certifications) Full Benefits Package
