Senior Business Strategy Consultant - Strategic Consulting @ Intapp

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead these efforts and do so as a thoughtful and intellectually curious professional. Your intellectual curiosity will drive you to continually work with our customers to inspire, influence and execute the transformative ways of working needed to be leading organizations. You possess strong relationship-building skills, are capable, and can adapt to achieve innovative solutions to new challenges that professional services firms are discovering. Key responsibilities:
  • Support practice growth by developing and refining Consulting propositions, methodologies and associated thought leadership
  • Work with the Consulting Leadership Team to win and execute on opportunities within our sales pipeline, across our portfolio of offerings
  • Deliver programs by leading small, productive teams and sustaining a positive team culture to achieve success as defined with our customers, in line with our exacting standards
  • Establish and manage strong working relationships with our clients
  • Support our go-to market strategy by building strong working relationships across the other Intapp business groups to ensure we re more coordinated in our approach, and regularly network and engage with people across the sector (e.g. through conferences and events)
  • Support the management of our opportunity pipeline to ensure we re an effective sales organization
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience as a consultant, business analyst or program manager with experience in establishing new ways of working, supporting teams, and developing relationships
  • Influential communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, particularly with customers
  • Experience in Professional Services Firms and business transformation (general or specialist skills)
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to multi task
  • Flexibility with travel which may be expected 70% of the time
