Position : SCCM Administrater/ Engineer

Montvale, NJ

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description

Duties:

  • Manage SCCM and all aspects related to deployments, collections and Software OnDemand
  • Manage ticketing system deployment queue and process deployment tickets, acting as point of escalation Interface with business on a regular basis to support requests
  • Manage deployment schedule
  • Routinely evaluate operation process and application configuration, recommending and implementing enhancements
  • Perform daily tasks to support existing systems and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Understand, support and contribute to the improvement of SCCM and strategies
  • Participate in Compliance projects
  • Develop and maintain process and procedure documents
  • Skills:

  • Minimum five years of experience within a professional service environment
  • Knowledge and experience with the deploying and administration of SCCM
  • SCCM 2007 / SCCM 2012
  • Knowledge of SCCM WSUS patching
  • Proficient with MS SQL Reporting
  • Strong English communication skills; both written and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support a highly team work and customer service driven environment; the ability to work under pressure, and in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Education:

    High School or higher
