Who are we looking for?

An engineer to support MS Exchange 2016 environment with add-on support to O365 Administrator

Technical Skills:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience as Exchange 2016 infrastructure engineer.
  • Expert troubleshooting skills on Exchange 2016 server-related issues
  • Expert troubleshooting skills on Windows clustering and Exchange 2016 high availability and disaster recovery areas
  • Good working knowledge in shell scripting, should be able to write scripts based on the requirement
  • Strong skills on Exchange server service pack and patch deployment (2016)
  • Intermediate technical knowledge of Active Directory concepts especially around dependencies with Exchange 2016, Intermediate skills with networking concepts, Windows operating systems
  • Expert skills with scripting tools, power shell experience a plus
  • Expert skills with performance analysis of Exchange systems
  • Behavioral Skills :

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in IT
  • 8-10 Years minimum experience in Information Technologies discipline
  • Familiarity working with HP Open view Service Center or equivalent incident or call management system
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or SLM methodologies
  • Strong customer focus and responsiveness
  • Strong communication skills with IT groups/members and project managers
