Job Description Senior CIU Analyst is responsible for the following: KYC,Transaction Monitoring and Rule 504 testing and validationKYC CDD/EDD Rules and Model tuningCustomer Risk Rating and Customer Risk Factors testing and tuningTransaction Monitoring testing and tuningRule 504 testing for data lineage, data quality and completeness reviews from all source systems into compliance applications.Perform Annual Account Review and Quality Assurance, as part of Bank's EDD process.Research and development in Compliance innovation lab to improve systems and business process efficiency and reduce false positive alerts.Refresh BSA AML Risk Assessment including risk assessment statistical analysisDocument periodic test plans and test results for BSA AML testing projectsPerform Ad-HOC testing and reporting as required Qualifications Experience of increasing responsibility working for a bank within the KYC function, or similar, handling customer onboardingSubject matter expertise in KYC, CIP, CDD and EDD regulatory requirements including beneficial ownership3-5 years of experience in KYC application tuning and testing Transaction MonitoringExposure to Risk Assessments and compliance modelsHands on with Excel programming, SQL programming and scripting languagesAbility to perform duties independently communicate effectively with all levels of staff and managementAbility to work independently and within a team atmosphere in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to assess and understand complex business formation and governance documentsDemonstrated success articulating and delivering findings on AML high risk behaviors and KYC dataExperience researching and investigating persons and entities using various databases and search engines.
