We are looking for a Director of Sales, to lead the paper/janitorial and redistribution divisions of our company.The Director of Sales will report to the President of I Supply Company and will have flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Management of 10 sales reps (8 outside and 2 inside)
  • Development of sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals
  • Coaching of sales reps on the company's sales strategies
  • Creation and implementation of sales processes to drive desired sales outcomes
  • Evaluation and oversight of compensation structures to optimize sales team productivity
  • Monitoring of industry trends and competition to ensure proper production positioning
  • Engagement with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns
  • Reporting of weekly sales activity to executive leadership

Metrics for Success

  • Topline revenue growth
  • Increased profitability
  • Reduction in cost of selling percentage

Desired Work Experience

  • Sales management experience 5+ reps for 3 or more years
  • Development of go-to-market strategies and corporate sales plans
  • CRM implementation and utilization in the management of a sales team

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
