**Description** As an Mobility Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with our Safe Patient Handling & Mobility portfolio - a portfolio that enables our customers to protect patients by mobilizing earlier and often. With access to overhead lifts mobility lifts, sit-to-stand lifts and an extensive suite of slings and accessories, you will partner with our cross-portfolio Account Executives to target key accounts and close mobility solution sales, partnering with customers to deliver solutions that help drive a reduction in falls in med-surg, a reduction in length of stay in the ICU and more. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Develop and execute individual territory business/sales plans to meet/exceed assigned sales goals. + Proactively source and drive new business by capturing previously untapped customers as well as growing existing installed base for Hill-Rom Safe Patient Handling solutions, including overhead lifts, mobile lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, slings, accessories and clinical consulting services + Responsible for delivering effective clinical presentations that resonate with users, managers, and executive-level audiences using approved presentation materials + Coordinate the pricing process for defined products and solutions. Understand pricing and value strategy for success in a highly-competitive environment. Manage discounts to protect margin for the business. + Understand all types of Safe Patient Handling contracting vehicles and manage the contracting process, interacting with customer, Hill-Rom Legal and business resources. + Achieve growth targets as defined by the company in all parts of Safe Patient Handling business including services. + Interact effectively with CFO, CNO or CNE, and CEOs to build key relationships. Must display executive presence. Pursue memberships in local healthcare organizations to build relationships. + Effectively drive the sales process. Understand the customer's buying mechanisms and timing to provide accurate/timely business forecasts. Maintain, in real-time, all opportunities and activities in SalesForce. **Qualifications** **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:** + Bachelor's Degree required. Masters of Business Administration preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in healthcare / medical device + Operational knowledge of hospital processes and applications + Must have understanding of mobilization processes and tools. + Strong solutions selling experience with a history of new account development. + Demonstrated knowledge of the hospital process from admission to discharge. + History of success selling capital healthcare solutions preferred. + Must be, familiar with hospital design and construction processes. + Must be detail oriented. + Must have very strong communication and presentation skills. + Must demonstrate strong executive presence. + Must display and exhibit strong teamwork skills/competency. + Demonstrated track record of quota attainment and territory growth. + Must to able to travel overnight as necessary, approximately 75%. **Job:** Sales **Primary Location:** United States-California **Schedule** Full-time **Travel** Yes, 50 % of the Time **Posting Entity** Hillrom **Req ID:** 20122023 </script>
