As an account manager, you will build and deepen relationships via inside sales with personal injury law firms and plaintiffs' attorneys to expand client base. We provide warm leads, there are no cold calls.
Secure relationships with warm leads provided by company to grow inside sales volume
Exercise diligence in planning, follow-up, and closing deals by working with law firm personnel to facilitate the accumulation and prompt return of requisite documents
Review documents in order to determine if qualified for underwriting
High energy, ambitious, and reliable
Pleasant upbeat phone personality.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, meet goals, and generate results
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Demonstrated "client first" mindset and orientation
Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
Prior inside sales experience preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree or some college preferred but not mandatory
Compensation: $41,600.00 to $50,000.00 annually, with an additional commission range of $15,000 to $55,000 per year.Avoid the traffic with a 6:00 AM-2:30 PM schedule.
