What will you be doing?
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leadership in dedicated regions.
Provide resources and tools to newly hired Sales Professionals and assign them to the appropriate training.
Conduct weekly recurring 1:1 training calls with Sales Professionals, helping to teach Heartland's core sales methodologies.
Track individuals' progress in the training program and report to sales leadership.
Lead group trainings in an online classroom setting.
Pursue personal learning opportunities within the company to remain up-to-date on industry information.
What are the requirements?
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable partnering with top leadership to improve training.
Able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and tasks while adhering to Heartland's core principles and values
Problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Comfortable presenting to large groups and communicating one-to-one
