Are you an experienced Project Manager with at least 8 years of documented project management experience looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Daily Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the contract performance management team and technology.

Act as lead advisor on performance content for the enterprises most critical contracts, including partnering with business owners and category managers on development of category-specific Service Level Agreements and Performance Guarantees that are clear, objective, and reportable.

Ensure suppliers in SPM program are compliant with reporting into contract performance management tool, clear roadblocks and use judgment to escalate as appropriate.

Create mechanisms to anticipate and identify supplier performance issues in key strategic supplier relationships, inform and work with stakeholders to problem-solve and remediate.

Continue to evolve reporting, dashboards, and scorecards intended to present relevant data tailored to the audience for supplier performance in areas of: SLA performance, quality, service delivery, compliance with risk mitigation, customer satisfaction and, if applicable, credits owed.

Establish internal policies, processes, standards, templates for working with suppliers and business partners to improve performance.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with category and contract managers, supplier relationship managers, line of business leaders, and suppliers. Share ownership and accountability for driving and delivering results through agreed upon strategies.


Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
  • Ability to lead complex projects in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to work independently; energetic and self-motivated
  • Experience influencing others to adopt practices and process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skill level in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Hours for this Position:
