Fortune 100 ranked healthcare organization is seeking a growth-focused Human Resources Manager to join the team in Oregon, taking on a strategic and hands-on role providing support to new Center of Excellence initiatives and facilitating communication and action across internal business lines. The role is instrumental in identifying Human Capital Development opportunities that align with the people-focused vision and business goals of the organization. Candidates aligned with the search profile will have:
5+ years human resource business partner or related high-level HR project management experience
Experience acting as an advocate, liaison and strategic visionary to support large-scale talent management initiatives in Fortune 500 companies that promote culture-based hiring and internal growth programs for top talent
Experience with complex and rapidly growing work environments
Bachelors degree; advanced degree focused in business or HR preferred
This position is supporting two locations in the Portland area, offering a weekday schedule with occasional travel to corporate site to connect with HR leadership team.
