This position is responsible for functioning as an enterprise consultant, specifically within the Operations Division supporting Government Programs operations (Medicare/Medicaid/DUALS). The position is responsible for supporting a variety of tactical and strategic operational initiatives that range from program management/coordination-based initiatives to those that require leading or facilitating divisional and/or enterprise-wide projects. They play a critical role on ensuring that deliverables are managed effectively within scope, budget, and timelines. The incumbent will work in a matrixed environment across the business, IT, operations, and other divisions/external entities, tackling operational challenges, and have the capacity to clearly define objectives, collaborate effectively across stakeholder groups, manage deliverables, and track and follow-through on issues to meet objectives.

*Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in one of the following OR Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience in one of the following:
~ Combination of corporate/business experience with at least 18 months management consulting firm experience or substantially equivalent role delivering high profile projects within a highly-matrixed organization;
~ Experience delivering process improvement projects at a consulting firm or in a process improvement group within a large organization;
~ Experience in a role within HCSC that resulted in development of significant subject matter expertise in a core business area.

*Experience developing and presenting ideas/recommendations to executive level management.
*Strong analytical, organizational, outcome oriented, and project management skills.
*Experience communicating effectively including facilitation of group discussions.
*Experience influencing others to achieve objectives within complex and ambiguous situations.
*Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Healthcare and/or Health Insurance operations experience.
*Strategy consulting experience in a large consulting firm or enterprise.
*Moderate Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to conduct data analysis & ad-hoc data modeling
*Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to visually represent problems and solutions concisely in a format targeted to Executive leadership
