The Director of Oncology Services is directly accountable for the integration of the OPRMC Oncology - Sarah Cannon Cancer Center and all operational, administrative and marketing functions of Oncology. Together with the CNO and facility Administration, is responsible for setting objectives, strategic positioning, planning, establishing service standards, budgeting and overall financial performance.
Responsible for the integration, coordination and development of all Oncology Departments with regard to establishing new services, developing and promoting a growth agenda and execution of the facility strategic plan which includes participation with clinical research, quality studies and improvement activities.
Accountable for ensuring Oncology operations are in compliance with all ACoS, JC and other regulatory requirements and advancing and elevating oncology services within the Facility and Community

Minimum Requirements :
Education: Bachelors degree in required in business administration, nursing or other
Licensure/Certifications: If RN, Kansas State nursing license upon start date or
Experience: At least 2 years of program development experience required; background
or experience with oncologyservices preferred.
