Fotona, a world leader in aesthetic, medical & dental lasers, is currently seeking a highly driven and self-directed Sales Professional to aggressively prospect and develop new Aesthetic/Medical leads and customers in our LA & Southern California Territory. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, successful sales professional with honed prospecting skills to break into the lucrative aesthetic laser market. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and produce immediate results. Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Capital Equipment sales, and a proven track record in closing deals a strong plus. Sales Professionals will gain hands-on education and experience with leading-edge laser technology, while receiving a competitive salary and commissions and accelerating career aspirations. Continuous study of Fotona?s products and the laser aesthetic industry are expected. Responsibilities: + Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona?s growing customer base. + Cold call medical offices and spas. + Identify prospects' business needs and goals to determine solutions. + Achieve sales quota results in the assigned multi-state territory. + Actively seek out new customers through prospecting, trade shows, meetings, and other points of contact. Travel within a defined territory and flexible work hours, including nights and weekends, are required in this role. + Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona LLC. + Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Fotona with a high-level of integrity and professionalism. ?Qualifications: + 5+ years experience in outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales, including copier sales, office equipment, capital equipment, medical device, or advertising sales. + Excellent organizational,communication and interpersonal skills. + A strong passion for Prospecting and Sales is required. + Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred. + Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce preferred. Education: + Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred but not required.
