Account Manager - San Jose CA

Introduce new products and services
Generate new revenue streams by introducing new products and services as consistent with corporate and client objectives. This include:
? Casto Concierge (airline & hotel)
? Account Managementer and/or Lyft
? Uber for BusinessConcur Expense
? Lyft for Business
? ISOS or iJet
? Groups Groups/Groupize
? Casto Vacations
? Others as determined in the future

Corporate Feedback and Education
Highlights the value and expertise of TMC. Measures client knowledge
Conduct at least 2 annual client advisory forums

Travel Management Updates
Be visible and enhance network opportunities
Attend at least 2-3 local industry events (SVBTA, BABTA, or similar)

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience, preferably within the travel industry

Bachelors degree preferred
Strong negotiation skills and networking management of partnerships
Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and teambuilding skills
Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
Proven record of consultative account management techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal , along with great presentation skills

Works in office environment and travels to client sites.

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs; carry boxes of supplies, etc.
