Product Commercialization Manager

The Fever-Tree USA Product Commercialization Manager is responsible for guiding Fever-Tree USA innovation initiatives (including NPD, EPD, package changes, VAP & Variety packs etc.) from scoping through launch and evaluation. This role is instrumental in bringing world class innovation to market faster in a more effective and efficient manner. This individual will work heavily developing & deploying marketing support for launches, which is why this role is embedded within Marketing. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously and utilize formal project management methodologies. In addition, a successful candidate will manage projects within Fever-Tree and act as the hub across both Global & Local cross functional project teams. This seasoned professional will be highly visible and critical to the strategic and operational success of the company. Requires a strong project manager that has experience working across business units (both upstream and downstream) and with internal stakeholders. This role also demands a high level of business acumen to see the big picture as well as manage the project details. Responsibilities Provide governance and proficiency  in the translation of product development goals and commercial and marketing strategies into executable projects. Design, develop, and plan  structured timelines, schedules, benchmarks, milestones, tasks, evaluations, quality controls, resources, stakeholder assignments, meeting and communication plans, data collection methods, reporting mechanisms, etc. Initiate and manage execution  of project plan in accordance with pre-defined parameters, timeframes, budgets, resources, personnel, etc. Manage  the innovation project calendar, lead the meetings, tracking action items, coordinating sub-team activities, and disseminating project information, producing all documentation for the key decision points in both the local and global network. Facilitate collaboration  between various project teams/stakeholders, handle change and conflict Identify and track  critical path/activities, dependencies, risks, contingencies, and alternatives and offer suggestions to get projects back on track when necessary. Present  deliverables, risks, issues and status to senior stakeholders and managers. Communication Take the lead to instill clear, operational language to define  goals, objectives, scope, outcomes, plans, tasks, milestones, quality, etc. so that stakeholders are aligned and focused. Development of a  defined project communication plan  and  stakeholder education  of communication expectations Take responsibility for guiding systems for maintaining open channels of communication between stakeholder groups both local and global Ensure stakeholders understand and commit to completion  of project tasks, benchmarks, milestones, and reporting requirements. Take responsibility for communicating essential information  to stakeholders, vendors, managers, and senior management as necessary. Conduct prescribed and impromptu meetings  that are focused, task specific, and include only essential stakeholders. WHAT MAKES YOU AN EXCELLENT FIT? These Qualifications ·      Bachelor's degree required with 5-7 years of proven project management experience, ideally in consumer centric marketing, innovation, or strategy in a food and/or beverage environment a plus ·      Advanced product development and commercial execution experience with portfolio of projects  that include small (changes to existing products), medium, and large scale (full product development) initiatives ·      Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within aggressive time frames, along with ongoing ad-hoc requests and changing business needs ·      Capacity to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations to business and consumer needs ·      Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives on change within a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a bias for action and ability to problem solve ·      Proven ability to engage, educate, lead, and manage matrixed teams and stakeholders ·      Strength in listening, adapting, translating, and communicating essential information within and between teams and stakeholders ·      Strong story-telling and presentation skills.
