Job Summary :

To maintain patient records in diet office, process all diet orders, manage patient menus which include--heading, modifying, correcting and basic diet calculations, maintains and updates patient nourishments and passes menus and assist with menu selections. Completes a detailed food production count.

SHIFTS: Rotation of day, afternoon and evening shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays. Days and hours are subject to change.
