We will be asking you to take our Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through Predictive Index, you will be automatically prompted to take the Assessment as part of the online Application process.

This is a 2-part Assessment, the first part is a Behavioral Assessment and takes about 3 minutes. The second Assessment is a Cognitive Assessment that takes 12 minutes. Don't be nervous, this isn't a test, there is no "pass" or "fail"! It's simply an Assessment that will help us ensure we consider you for a position best suited for you. It will also be used to help us ensure you are most effectively trained and developed so that you thrive and grow should you join E?S.

Position Description

E?S Fitness is looking for a Regional Vice President of Fitness. As a Regional Vice President, you must be a born leader and mentor, love travel, have a proven ability to exceed goals and have the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced growing environment. Department Purpose: Inspiring our members and guests by offering practical results-oriented programs delivered through fitness professionals.

Essential Purpose: Leading and supporting of the clubs in their designated Region in their entirety including the club's Personal Training, Group Training, financial success, employee experience and member satisfaction.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Recruit develop and coach team members
  • Ensure Sales Pipeline process adherence
  • Develop and maintain processes that deliver great member experience and service standards
  • Other as needed

  • New PT client acquisition
  • Member Experience

Requirements for Success:

  • Prior management experience overseeing multiple locations, preferably at least 3 years.
  • Lead by example.
  • Takes ownership of results.
  • Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
  • Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
  • Engage and communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
  • Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills.
  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts.
  • Must be extremely organized.
  • Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
  • Comfortable with a computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus.
