Effex management solutions is a staffing firm that works with only one client per market. We have Program Managers along with coordinators and recruiters onsite with our client effective productions and recruiting.

Job Description

General Responsibilities:
Reports directly to Regional Director and VP of Operations of Effex.
Responsible for the daily operations of Effexs contingent workforce and Onsite team.
Liaison between Client, internal staff, employees and Effex.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work closely with client management to understand expectations and meet needs.
Generate and maintain client reports based on client needs on an as needed basis.
Process and submit Weekly Site Analysis Report.
Keep constant communication with Client and employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain staffing levels as required by client. Ensure client orders are processed and filled timely.
Source and interview candidates for job openings.
Maintain candidate & employee database.
Check candidate references, drug test and background screenings when required
Schedule and Extend job offers.
Update and maintain timekeeping system.
Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and employees are documented and screening completed.
Maintain employee files and forward paperwork to corporate as required.
Process new hire shift check-ins.
Continual coaching/counseling/training of new and existing employees.
Provide Instructions on safety, policies, procedures, time reporting, reporting of absences, etc.
Conduct facility safety inspections; observe, determine & report unsafe conditions.
Complete on-the-job accident/injury reports. Forward to HR Manager.
Direct employee on proper procedure for filing claims; direct to appropriate medical facility if necessary.
Collect data for time worked and distribute, for approval, to dept. managers.
Weekly distribution of approved timesheets to payroll department for processing.
Distribute payroll checks.
Follow-up on payroll discrepancies.
Monitor attendance, track tardiness and absences. Request supporting documentation if required.
Prepare and deliver disciplinary notices as needed.
Maintain termination paperwork and prepare Separation Notices. Submit to Corporate HR.
Attend client meetings.
Maintain and update the recruiting strategy
Replace internal positions in a timely manner
Education/Experience:
Previous on-site experience preferred.
Staffing/Recruiting experience preferred.
Manufacturing/Press experience required
Skills/Competencies:
Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet. Ability to quickly learn new systems.
Operate with Integrity and Ethics at all times.
Proven leadership ability.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Rational thought processor, exercise sound judgment and independent decision maker.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Able to meet moving and tight deadlines.
Excellent problem solver and critical thinker.
Professional presentation in all areas; appearance, paperwork, communications.
Special Considerations:
Attend client meetings
Attend to client and employee issues after office hours
Physical Requirements: (Work Environment/Physical Demands/etc.- Indicate % of conditions of position.)
