Eatons Hydraulic FluidFiltration Division is currently seeking a Product Sales Manager HydraulicFiltration to join our team. This is a remote based position covering ourEastern region.
The ProductSales Manager Hydraulic Filtration is responsible for achieving sales objectivesof process filtration products for our Hydraulics product lines. In this role, you will develop, grow, andmaintain relationships with Eaton employees, channel partners, consultingfirms, and end users expected to manage the assigned customer base, increasesales in the assigned geography, and provide application guidance and technicalassistance to customers.
Theincumbent will prepare sales presentations to create product understanding andawareness, quote projects, and negotiate correct required pricing.
Theywill maintain positive relationship with Customer Service to ensure allcustomer inquiries, orders, invoices and complaints are dealt with quickly andeffectively, resolving any potential customer conflicts

Canvasthe market to gain insight and adjust to ever changing pricing and deliveryrequirements, communicating findings to filtration leadership team.
Organizeregular training/promotional events for Channel partners, analyzing salesstatistics to formulate policy and to assist channel partners in promotingsales with advice on sales and promotion techniques and campaigns, and creatingbrand/technical awareness with key customers/potential customers.
Maintaina high level of expertise of all applications and trends to effectively promoteEaton Filtration products and solutions, completing ongoing training on bothfunctional and technical skills.
Workclosely with the Marketing Development Department to help identify, verify andpursue development of new market or product opportunities.
Documentall activity reports, prospects and opportunities within the defined CRMcontact management database, providing a 3-month forward forecast.
Establishand maintain effective communication flow throughout the commercial team and toother departments, assisting team to develop a coordinated sales effort whilekeeping management informed of market conditions.
RepresentEaton Filtration at trade association meetings to promote product asappropriate.

BachelorsDegree from an accredited institution.
Minimum3 years of experience in marketing or technical sales.
Musthave valid drivers license with no restrictions.
Candidatesmust be legally authorized to work in the United States without out companysponsorship, now or in the future.
Norelocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must presently reside in Minnesota, Georgia,Texas, Oklahoma, New Jersey, New York, or Maryland. Active Duty Military Service membercandidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Mastersor MBA degree from an accredited institution.
5+years of sales and/or marketing experience.
Experiencemanaging representatives and distributors.
Practicalexperience and understanding of the hydraulic filtration industry.
Strategicplanning ability and strong organizational skills.
Salespresence such that the candidate can clearly command in difficult salessituations.
Abilityto analyze markets to develop new opportunities.
Usesound analytical thinking to develop innovative solutions/recommendations thataddress problems/issues and achieve desired results.
Problemsolving skills to overcome barriers to customer/market entry.
Abilityto understand customer potential in terms of potential business, sales dollarsand future growth.
Abilityto communicate well and champion new ideas at all levels with plant personneland customers.
Obtainresults in measurable terms such as added new accounts and added sales dollarswhile earning the respect of the customer
