DWS Distributors, Inc. seeks an Assistant Vice President, Client Portfolio Manager, International & Emerging Markets Equity, in New York, NY to handle asset class messaging, act as the voice of investment teams, and represent relevant investment strategies to external clients. Requires a Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience providing coverage of emerging markets equity strategies to distributors and institutional investors. Prior experience must include at least two (2) years of experience handling requests for financial analysis, including economic policy, market data, and specific performance metrics from prospective distributors and institutional investors; performing competitor research and valuation; analyzing emerging Asian markets economic developments, policies and politics and advising clients on their implications to asset class attractiveness; advising clients on intricacies of analyzing and investing in emerging Asian equities; advising clients on emerging Asian equities, markets, economic policies, and politics; analyzing Asian equities to advise clients on stock selection and investment strategy; and communicating stock selection and portfolio construction techniques.
