The Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Search team by providing general administrative support to the search and travel process. This role has significant interaction with team members at all levels, especially with the other administrative staff.
- Proofread, format and brand candidate resumes and prepare for client presentation. - Help support internal and candidate travel coordination, specifically with hotel reservations, credit card authorizations and communication of billing details to accounting department. - Serve as a point of contact for the executive search team for administrative needs, e.g., coordinating conference call and WebEx video meetings, printing and binding client presentations, and scheduling some internal meetings - Process candidate expense reimbursements - Maintain accurate and current data in corporate database, including resume uploads, record updates or merges, and document attachments.
- One or more years of administrative experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and extremely organized. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize appropriately. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
