Executive Assistant to the CFO

Summary:

Seeking a self-starter who takes initiative and is an excellent multi-tasker to serve in a support role for the Chief Financial Officer of our global organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of the CFO and other members of the senior management team. Incumbent must have excellent interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. The ideal individual must possess a high level of integrity, as this position will be exposed to confidential and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact daily and act as liaison with all levels of management and administrative staff based internationally.
  • Partner with the CFO and members of the senior management team to gain information that the incumbent then translates into effective presentations and correspondences.
  • Handle all executive administrative support which includes, but not limited to: complex calendar and scheduling management, domestic and international travel arrangements, messaging, written communications, copying/faxing, meeting planning, filing, etc.
  • Establish key processes to ensure efficiency in task completion.
  • Assist in coordination of leadership meetings and provide on-site support for these meetings.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Project management responsibilities such as creating detailed project plans, coordinating and assigning internal resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate travel and expense reporting, including flights, hotels,ground transportation, meeting arrangements as well as related activities (passport, visas, etc.)
  • Handling of confidential data and materials.
  • Experience with Board materials and Board interaction.
  • Role may require flexibility on time/schedule at times due to projects and support of executives while overseas.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Backup for the EA to CEO
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent mix of education and seniorlevel support experience

    Years and Type of Experience:

    5+ years' experience providing similar key support to leadershiproles preferred

    Proficient in Microsoft Office required, specificallyPowerPoint & Excel expertise

    Previous experience working with Board Presentations

    High degree of confidentiality

    Strong written andverbal communication skills, as well as strong organization skillsrequired
