Dacha is hiring a manager with large fine-dining restaurant experience and emphasis on HR and FOH training. Qualified candidates will have at least four years of relevant management experience and a proven track record of success and growth.
The candidate will join a small management team and will focus on updating and implementing FOH training programs.Specific duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Lead, inspire, and manage all staff; up-keep teams high spirit.
Floor, opening, and closing responsibilities.
Develop and implement on-going training and continuing education programs for all FOH staff.
Upkeep FOH training materials, including service manuals and menu study guides.
Develop staff evaluation matrices and implement performance review programs
Assist in hiring, on-boarding, and evaluating staff.
Ensure high quality of service.
Maintain active and valid ABRA Manager and Food Manager Licenses;
This position is required to work at evening, night hours and weekends.
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or ten years of equivalent professional experience is required;
Four years or more of progressive large fine-dining restaurant management experience is required;
Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
Superb effective business writing skills;
Excellent time-management skills;
Impeccable personal presentation and sense of decorum.
