Job Description The Travel Compliance Advisor will use their technical expertise and advanced analytical capabilities to support reporting across the Travel and Expense categories. The Advisor will focus on driving critical and business-relevant data analytics activities in alignment with Procurement’s overall vision and strategic direction by providing actionable reporting, advanced spend analytics, and efficiency recommendations to business owners. The primary roles and responsibilities will include; • Work with the Procurement team leads to provide deep-dive analyses, monthly updates, and dashboard reporting for Sr. Leadership • Identify and implement efficiencies with systems, processes, and metrics reporting for the various Procurement teams • Work with team leads to build out spend profiles, category pipelines, and produce in-depth financial analyses that drive enterprise savings • Identify, evaluate, and integrate new data sources into analysis and decision making • Multitask several concurrent requests, quickly assemble data and generate impact insights in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Gather feedback to design, develop, test and implement reports that provide consistent updates to company key performance indicators • Consistently seek feedback from company staff about their need for information and provide ongoing enhancements to company reports • Collaborate with executives and organizational leaders to identify compliance issues • Develop and maintain data transfer procedures defined through interaction with various company software vendors; • Systematize and automate the migration of data from multiple sources into a standard location that makes aggregation and analysis easy; • Engage with company vendors to understand how data is collected and shared with us and work with them to improve the quality, frequency, consistency, and efficiency of the delivery • Provide quality assurance of imported data Required Qualifications - 3+ years of Data Analytics and Reporting experience - 1+ years of experience with Travel and Expense data - 1+ years of MS Office experience - 1+ years of Tableau experience Preferred Qualifications Excellent decision making ability and independent reasoning skills - Experience working in multiple ERP systems, specifically SAP and PeopleSoft - Strong analytical ability, ability to think strategically and process new information quickly - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills) with an ability to communicate professionally with staff and leadership - Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to embrace change, demonstrate agility in relation to change and persuade/lead others through the change to minimize team disruption - Displays a high degree of organizational agility to help the department to react quickly and successfully to the development of new inefficiencies, processes, and/or sudden shifts in overall market conditions Education Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Accounting or Business Business Overview It’s a new day in health care.
