Position: Social Media Manager Location: Alexandria/Arlington, VA Status: Full Time Estimated Duration: Full Time Starts: Within a Couple Weeks Rate: Up to $80K, DOE Job Description: Our Client is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the marketing team to develop strategy for brands and products. Role will be full time, on site. Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager: - Develop and execute company's social media channel strategy, including reviewing and evaluating platforms. - Develop and execute community engagement tactics. - Work with other departments to develop marketing campaigns and associated social media content aligned to business objectives. - Manage the company's community and response on social media. - Collaborate with team to uncover social media audience insights that can be used across our business. The ideal Social Media Manager will have: - 8+ years' experience in the Social media/marketing field. - Extensive experience SEO, SEM, PPC. - Must be flexible with strategy while maintaining quality and strategic vision for the company. - Strong grasp of social analytics and marketing measurement practices. - Interested in technology and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. - Experience with third party social media tools, analytics, and vendors. - Facebook Blueprint/ Twitter Flight School or similar preferred. Google Ads, WeChat, Telegram, Reddit experience is a plus.
