The Director, Enterprise Process (Engagement Leader) is responsible for delivering complex, integrated solutions that span multiple product lines to achieve desired client outcomes. The client facing role is a key direct and indirect revenue enablement function for the company. This position will include direct engagement with the client C-suite and end-users and will collaborate internally across Cox Automotive leadership in sales, business units, product development, and engineering. Engagement begins in the solution design process, consulting using deep client and technology expertise, and drives successful accomplishment of strategic initiatives through matrixed resources deploying effective strategic planning, program management and change management. Solutions may include configurations or integrations across Cox Automotive or 3rd party websites, inventory management, CRM, F&I applications, e-Contracting, and other dealership back-office or consumer-facing tools. Professional Services clients comprise Cox Automotive enterprise OEM, lender, commercial and large dealer group clients requiring complex configuration, integration and end-user adoption support to shape and achieve their business strategy. - 1. Determines level of effort and resource requirements (internal and external), develops the business case and completes contracting and resource allocation internally, with 3rd party providers and within the client; ensures fiscally responsible vetting of solutions/proof of concept, reinforces positive client and cross-Cox relationships and provides direction on the appropriate approach to the solution; coordinates with business units on pricing and negotiations - 2. Leads overall program management and change management processes across multiple Cox and client workstreams to ensure delivery according to budget, timeline, KPIs for Cox and the client; influences across Cox and within the client to ensure creative and pragmatic problem solving for prompt priority and issue resolution through the program; ensures smooth handoff to business unit teams for ongoing client management according to agreed program and performance goals - 3. Oversees program implementation planning and execution in alignment with a clients technical setup and end-user readiness; supervises the Sr. Program Implementation Manager and Cox Automotive University Program Manager in the coordinated installation and adoption processes - 4. Leads development of program analytics and reporting to measure and manage performance, capture client feedback; prepares and delivers executive reports on program status and metrics with the client and the Cross-Cox Automotive Steering Committee - 5. Builds and maintains knowledge mastery for complex program and portfolio management, change management and delivery methods using Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Cox Automotives Caf processes. Qualifications: 10+ years progressive experience delivering large, complex strategic programs that span multiple business units and multiple stakeholders 5+ years experience leading matrixed teams for business process transformation through implementation of software, data management, systems integration, and unique configurations. Certification in Program Management BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering or like discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience working with the Agile Method for software development and project management Experience engaging with account teams using enterprise/strategic account management processes Experience in applying change management effectively to ensure adoption and sustainment of solutions Certifications in relevant consultative account management approaches (e.g. LAMP, Challenger) Proven ability to collaborate and drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to achieve holistic, systemic solutions Strong executive presence and ability to influence and shape strategy with clients and business leaders Knowledge of OEM and franchised dealer relationship to effectively assess change management needs Ability to assess and balance competing priorities, allocate resources, and generate positive returns Demonstrated success in supervision and development of direct reports Client C-suite (OEMs, Lenders, Commercial, Dealer Groups) and their end-users at the rooftop Internal customers: Cox Automotive leadership across all business unit and sales functions About Cox Automotive Cox Automotive Inc. makes buying, selling and owning cars easier for everyone, while also enabling mobility services.
