Project Location: NY, NY

Job Title: Hospital and Professional Billing Epic Prinncipal Trainer

Trainers will be responsible for supporting a variety of questions and providing guidance and best practices to office staff, clinicians and providers.

Strategize, design and deliver education through effective processes to ensure comprehension of curriculum is occurring.

Uses up to date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered, and often acts as a subject matter expert in the technical/functional area of the content.

Designs/revises training materials and creates activities to support the curriculum.

Determines audience needs and adapts program delivery accordingly.

Assists in support of curriculum development including: the development of training materials such as tip sheets, user guides, e-Learning modules and other job aides.

Resources must be Epic Principal PB Trainers with proven experience providing training and support in PB and ambulatory settings.

Must be Epic Prinicpal Training certification in PB

Must have Epic PB and optimization experience

Prior experience strategizing, developing and delivering training courses (and at the elbow) is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be organized and have the ability to analyze and be a creative problem solver.

Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.

Must be able to demonstrate and understanding of project management tools, methodologies and techniques.

Ability to multi-task is essential, as is the ability to function in stressful and emergency situations. Strong detail orientation and time management skills are required.
