CompHealth is currently assisting a New York hospital that is adding a new PEM service line and are seeking physicians to start in early 2020. They are offering a 40-hour workweek with a flexible schedule and rotating shifts. They will also consider physicians that want to work part-time. The incoming physician will be evaluating, diagnosing, and treating pediatric patients up to 21-years of age. Additional responsibilities will include supervising mid-level providers, as well as students in the medical and PA/NP school. Candidates must either have substantial pediatric ED experience or a PEM fellowship.
