As a Project Development Manager, you will help drive the Digital Experience at Comcast Business. You will use your project management expertise to facilitate the development, deployment and change management of ActiveCore Digital Experiences. Projects will typically include technology/software development elements and business process and operations elements. You will have the ability to manage software initiatives (waterfall/agile environment) as well as impacted business process and business operations initiatives. Your ability to create detailed technical and business operations project plans, manage tasks/risks/dependencies, and facilitate conversations between diverse and passionate stakeholders will be critical. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Experience and working regularly with stakeholders. You are a person with a go-getter attitude. This role owns strategy and execution for our Business Services web experiences. You will own the delivery of high-quality customer experiences across sales and service journeys, for a variety customer touchpoints. In this role you will serve as an expert in all phases of an interactive project lifecycle, is a primary point of contact for matters pertaining to active projects and is responsible for managing project dependencies, agile ceremonies and release planning. As you grow into the role, you will use data to refine our current practices and suggest more effective and efficient ways to operate.

+ Track and analysis success metrics and identify areas for improvement.
+ Serve as the escalation point to resolve program issues, remove roadblocks, formulate contingency plans, and communicate status to programs executive leadership team. Ensures the sequencing of projects is appropriate at the program level.
+ Lead meetings with executive business partners and technology leadership to understand business goals and solutions needs, including participation in business requirements definition.
+ Be responsible for all program oversight, including planning, directing, and managing cross-functional team members.

+ Provide thought leadership to fellow product managers, ensuring that device journeys are considered when developing new experience requirements
+ Ability to think ahead, identifying potential problems before they manifest and turn them into opportunities whenever possible.
+ Learn and understand an array of technical constraints, regulatory guidelines and business rules; translate these into experience requirements for engineers and designers.
+ Represent Product Experience team in meetings and in communication across the company.
+ Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in product management, owning consumer facing apps or web services.
+ A track record of executing on product strategies and roadmaps, managing and prioritizing multiple projects in parallel. Evidence of exceptional project management skills.

+ Years of experience with Agile software development, creating and managing user stories and acceptance criteria in a product backlog
+ Track record of cultivating talent and managing a team of product managers is a plus
