WHERE YOU START IS ONLY THE BEGINNING Clydes Restaurant Group (CRG), a family of 12 distinctive restaurants and bars, we believe it is more fun to eat in a saloon than to drink in a restaurant. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Greets new parties and cordially welcomes guest to the restaurant
Informs the guest of delicious menu choices and makes suggestions
Relay orders to bar and kitchen using POS system
Anticipates the guest needs and responds appropriately
Establishes a friendly professional rapport with the guest
Busses table when meal is completed and prepares the table for the next course
Totals and presents bill, accepts payment, cashes out the check and makes change
Problem solves guest needs with courtesy, dignity and respect
Extends closing greetings to guest as they leave thanking them for their patronage
