will manage multiple locations of the Simulation Specialist servicesin support of the Army Medical Modeling and Simulation Training (AMMAST) CentralProgram Office (CPO). Duties andResponsibilities: Responsiblefor the management, operation, and development of support services at 6 sitelocations. Responsiblefor operational and financial accountability of the project. Serveas liaison between the MTFD and DMMSO COR. Createand track business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct analysis ofmonthly financial and operational performance of the project to identifyopportunities for improvement. Coordinatesite visits as needed with AMMAST CPO/DMMSO. Motivateand lead a high performing team. Responsiblefor daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance metrics anddelivering on goals. Integratewith the Joint Simulation Environment and other collaborative simulation environmentsas needed to support Live, Virtual, and Constructive training events with U.S. Government,U.S. military or partner nation services for the purpose of health caretraining and education. MinimumQualifications: (Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.) Bachelors degree required in computertechnology, healthcare, public health, or business field required. 5+ years of management experiencerequired 3+ years of experience in themilitary medical field OR 2+ years experience with the operation of patientsimulation equipment. Must have the ability to pass anin-depth background check.
Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities: Familiarity with Army MedicalEducation and simulation processes, procedures, and methodology required. Ability to communicate effectivelywith employees and customers courteously and professionally. Possess strong ability to overseethe overall direction and reporting requirements of a medical simulationproject, product delivery schedules, and interact with diverse population ofcontractor and government personnel. Ability to support up to 20% oflocal, out of state, and weekend travel as needed. Ability to work nights, weekends,and holidays as needed. Possess excellent organizationalskills with the ability to prioritize. Advanced proficiency in MS softwareapplications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well asInternet and database applications.
