CertainTeed Roofing is looking for a Maintenance Superintendent with strong leadership skills and a cross-functional background to join our team in Ennis, TX. The Maintenance Superintendent will supervise and plan the daily activities of skilled maintenance personnel and assist with maintenance project work as assigned. They will be involved in safety training, repair of equipment, predictive and preventative maintenance planning. The Maintenance Superintendent is held accountable to ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements, policies, and procedures. They must exercise discretion when making decisions, and use independent judgment within policy and procedure guidelines. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
