This position is responsible for coordinating key communication and operations functions for CHI Health Clinic leadership team to develop and execute processes and projects in support of the CHI Health Clinic leadership team and CHI Health Clinic as a whole.
The Project Assistant must thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, and quickly comprehend and act on changing priorities when necessary. This position is one of the primary contacts between the CHI Health Clinic leadership team and all CHI Health Clinic programmatic areas, and must demonstrate superior customer service, interpersonal communication and written communication skills.
Work with CHI Health Clinic leadership team and their support team to establish and publish timelines for communications projects and an editorial calendar.
Write, edit, design, proof, format and produce communications materials for internal departments as requested, including PowerPoint presentations.
Works closely with CHI Health Clinic leadership on assigned projects in support of strategic initiatives.
Ensures that physicians have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Provides project assistance to CHI Health Clinic Leadership/Administration to complete assigned projects. Conducts research, gathers data and information, and performs analysis to lead to conclusions and recommendations on assigned projects. Ensures timely follow-up on assigned projects.
Prepares presentations and reports as requested. Synthesizes information to create graphical and text presentations. Maintains proficiency with graphical, analytical and other software as needed to create meaningful presentations and reports.
Writes reports as needed. Initiates and maintains standardized reports as assigned and agreed upon, including such things as budget reconciliation, committee meeting minutes, and quality tracking.
Communicates with internal and external audiences, including physicians, to obtain information or otherwise assist in project completion.
Takes personal initiative to prepare drafts of correspondence and other documents required on a timely basis. Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries as directed.

In addition, we are seeking an individual with experience in the following areas:
Preferred: Bachelor's in Communications, Public or Media Relations, Journalism and/or 2 years related experience
Demonstrated strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving goals.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus.
3-5 years managing projects of varying size and complexity is preferred.
Proven track record in project management; implementation from concept to execution is highly desirable.
Ability to balance and assess conflicting business priorities desirable.
Excellent problem solving skills desirable.
Pragmatic, flexible, and diligent with a keen sense of urgency preferred.
Self-motivated with a focus on process-improvement preferred.
Ambitious with potential to develop within a professional HR environment desirable.
Competency with MS Office programs preferred.
Bachelor's in Communications, Public or Media Relations, Journalism or related experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or service related industry.
