POSITION TITLE – Facilities/EMS Staff

Maintain a clean, safe, fast, friendly, and fun environment for all guests, team members and Company assets. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, while maintaining a positive can-do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to Casino Miami, LLC.

Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat, CLEAN and crisp personal appearance.
Must make guests feel SAFE and comfortable through creating a worry-free, carefree experience.
Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy.  Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs.
Greet guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling.  Say thank you to departing guests.
Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here. 

FUNCTION


Clean and maintain public area in accordance with all housekeeping procedures and standards and safety and security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.   


SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations to include but not limited to: hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells, etc. Remove soiled linen, terry, and trash from the service areas and take to the appropriate locations. Polish brass, mirrors, glass, light fixtures in casino and offices Walk floors throughout shift and remove trash *** Availability to work night shift and weekends***  MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lifting up to 25lb Pushing/Pull up to 40lb Carry up to 15lb Frequent Bending / kneeling Frequent Walking Frequent Standing Some Sitting Climbing step Able to read and interpret instructions and direction for guest Able to communicate without impediment with guests and staff in all areas relating to guest service Must be able to communicate in English (Bi-lingual Preferred Ability to meet standards of appearance Ability to communicate information and casino services to management and guests.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS No formal education needed or GE Prior housekeeping experience desirable Scheduled days and times may vary based on business need Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate gaming license PandoLogic. Category: Building Maintenance, Keywords: Janitor
