Senior Program Manager (Planning & Business Development and Government Relations)
Pay Grade 105 (Minimum hourly rate $37.78/hr)

The Senior Program Manager will provide vision and direction to business planning, market analysis, new business development and coordination of key services to advance the organization. This leader is professionally prepared to assume an executive role, providing leadership and guidance that ensures profitable and strategic growth in the market.
The Senior Program Manager will work with Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operational leaders to prioritize and implement initiatives. This leader will develop proposals and oversee analysis to enable the organization to achieve its operational, financial and strategic goals and initiatives.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelors' degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Statistics or related field
Experience working with physicians/hospital management
Experience/knowledge of healthcare and contract law, Experience with hospital and physician reimbursement and modeling impact of changes
5 years of leadership experience
Computer/ Software Knowledge:
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office business products. Mastery of Excel.
Experience performing financial projection modeling and data analytics:
Assessing patient data to support population health
Basic knowledge of healthcare coding
Developing reports from complex data
Special Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English language.
Group facilitation and presentation skills
Advanced analytical, planning, business development and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to develop financial models and internal/external research to support business decisions
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills that enable comfortable interaction with senior executives, boards, physicians and community leaders
Self-motivation and ability to perform with minimal supervision
Experience with performing detailed market assessments and successfully negotiating contracts
Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively manage time in fast-paced, self-directed environment.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional work groups, manage project teams and achieve results
