About the job Founded in 2009, Cardpay group has become an acknowledged and reputable player in both European and international markets. Principal Member of Visa, MasterCard, Unionpay, JCB. Headquartered in the European Union and having multiple operations across the globe, this year Cardpay has expanded its business to the United States with a focus on offering the group's flagship product: merchant services and online payments processing. New person will be accountable for establishing relationships and joint business plans with identified major payment brand(s) (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) Payments Integration Leader leads license and membership application process and integration projects between our partner Bank's Payments Services and external payment systems and platforms from framing to delivery. It should be a business-mindset professional with technical knowledge. The main responsibility Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional, cross-org teams by managing the progress of projects with regard to time, scope, quality and budget Works with leaders and representatives of payment brands Visa, MasterCard, lasting relationships and well-aligned collaboration plans
Directs and manages organizational relationships and interactions with identified major payment brand(s)
Plan and define the integration project roadmapping for the internal payment integration team and external stakeholders
Take a 'big picture' delivery view as well as being able to work at a detailed level across a broad range of partners/clients types and engagement approaches
Present the functional and tech integration capabilities in order to provide the best B2B experience during business negotiations with partners and clients
Interface with business managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources
Organize quality support and accounting, monitoring and regulatory compliance
Act independently and proactive in solving and setting tasks, clarify the scope of responsibility and take responsibility for decisions making, providing transparent and regular reporting on the tasks, decisions and problems
Explore high-tech highlights in payments industry recommending them for implementation into payment platform
Prevent overtime work and burning deadlines, but understand and accept the need to work according to an irregular schedule if necessary for solving the problem
Create the IPS documentation and active services IPS database for Company and ensure regular long term monitoring of changes Your experience and mindset Experience in one or more of the following specialisms: Payments, Banks, FinTech Integration Solutions
Previous expertise managing payments services integration projects
Strong organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Independence and ability to organize workflow and reporting
Willingness to travel up to 40-50%
IT software experience is a plus, but not required
