CallMiner's AI-enabled Customer Engagement Analytics (speech analytics) is fueling new opportunities in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and security. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with sales enablement and content creation skills to build awareness in these areas for CallMiner's conversational analytics within new applications and with partners.
The newly created Product Marketing Manager of Emerging Markets will work with the Director of Product and Partner Marketing, to be the voice of the product both internally to all cross-functional groups within CallMiner, and externally to the market and the channel. You will craft messaging and positioning for CallMiner's industry leading customer engagement analytics solutions for RPA, surveillance and fraud prevention.
You will define CallMiner's market opportunity in targeted areas, work with partners to co-market joint solutions and enable sales and channel teams with the information and tools needed to engage new buyers. The selected new team member will work independently and cross-functionally to help deliver supporting collateral that educates the market as well as the CallMiner team.
The successful Emerging Markets Product Marketing Manager will be a proficient producer of engaging content spanning foundational information to thought leadership. This role will also be aware of relevant RPA and Security industry events and trends, maintain the pulse of competitive differentiation and support new opportunities with market research, competitive analysis and product knowledge.
